About Dr. Bonnie Brown
Dr. Brown actively participates in the supervision and training of new mental health providers through her affiliations with several local universities. She is a frequent speaker for community organizations on a variety of trending topics and has served on the following community/non profit advisory boards:

Dr. Bonnie M. Brown

Dr. Brown completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loma Linda University in 1992 earning the Richard M. Nies award for excellence in psychology. She then earned her Doctorate of Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology – San Diego where she specialized in clinical psychology with an emphasis in forensic evaluations. Between 1995 and 2001, she held staff and director positions in both state and federal maximum security correctional facilities. In 2001, she opted to leave corrections and since that time has provided comprehensive mental health care to the Las Vegas community. Most recently, while maintaining a thriving private practice, she also served as the Clinical Director for a private psychiatric facility for several years.
Presently, Dr. Brown’s practice is almost exclusively focused on assessment and consultation. Specifically, for the past 23 years, she has provided consultative examinations for disability related claims. In addition, she conducts assessments and provides an expert opinion on a variety of criminal and civil concerns including, Veteran’s benefits, sex offender evaluation and risk assessment, competency restoration, fitness for duty, pre operative clearance, as well as pre employment evaluations for various agencies. She also provides comprehensive assessments for behavioral concerns, intellectual disabilities, and ADHD.
